Finance Business Partner being recruited for Pharmaceutical Business in Uxbridge!£60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits & bonus + Hybrid Working (2-3 days) I am hiring a Finance Business Partner for an established, global Pharmaceutical company. In this role the successful induvial will be working in a highly commercial capacity for 2 specific business units helping to produce finance business cases, lead budgeting and forecasting processes and work commercial with a variety of stakeholders to identify risks and an opportunities to financial performance. Key candidate requirements for this role: Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) Commercial finance experience Prior experience in business partnering and commercial business cases Prior experience in accruals, prepayments, budgeting and forecasting Strong communicator able to communicate with customers, operations, suppliers and internal teams Professional, committed, conscientious, pro-active and innovative Positive attitude to change and ability to be flexible to the changing priorities of the role Ideally experience in similar industry but other industry experience will be considered. Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of stakeholders across 2 important business units. Undertake accurate budgeting and forecasting processes and communicating key information to business stakeholders. Challenge and support the business in driving business growth initiatives, including business cases and in-depth commercial analysis Identify cost saving initiatives across the P&L and specific ongoing projects Maintain effective internal controls.
