Position: Lead Generator Location: Newcastle City Centre Employment Type: Permanent - Full-time Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum Central Employment is excited to partner with one of the UK's leading energy advisory firms, headquartered in the North East. As they expand across various departments, they are seeking a Lead Generators to identify and develop new client opportunities while driving sales through value-added energy solutions. What We Offer: Competitive Salary Generous commission structure Monday to Thursday 09:00am – 17:00pm & Early finish Friday. 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Your Role: As a Lead Generator, you will identify, educate, qualify, and develop key accounts while engaging prospective clients through phone and email. You will build strong supplier relationships and conduct research to identify decision-makers within target organisations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term partnerships for mutual success. Qualifications: 6 months of sales experience. Lead generating experience desirable. Proven track record in direct sales. Positive and proactive mindset. Strong communication and IT skills. TPBN1_UKTJ
