An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Sales Director to join our client’s dynamic Sales team in the UK.
Our client is an innovative, high-growth tech company that provides a comprehensive corporate wellness platform, offering employees access to a range of fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, and mental health services.
Responsibilities:
- Own and expand the UKI client book, focusing on high-impact, high-value accounts.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and create customized solutions that address clients' unique challenges.
- Develop proactive strategies for sourcing and building new top-of-funnel opportunities.
- Utilize the MEDDPICC sales methodology to manage the sales pipeline and close deals effectively.
- Represent the client at industry events, expanding connections within the HR and Reward sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored content and proposals that resonate with client needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to leverage resources and ensure seamless client onboarding.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of proven success in SaaS sales, HR consulting, or employee benefits, with a history of securing complex, high-value contracts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, bringing innovative solutions to new challenges.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using CRM tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft to manage opportunities.
- Committed to personal and professional growth, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Passionate about understanding clients' needs and delivering tailored solutions to help them succeed.
