Predicted growth has created the need for an additional Regional Sales Manager in South East England. Ideally located in the Home Counties to the north of London, and reporting to the Sales Director, you will take over full management responsibility for an established team of around 15 Sales Designers in your area. This superb opportunity exists for an energetic and effective individual to maximise the teams performance by a combination of coaching, mentoring and support. Responsibilities: Management of Regional Direct Sales Team against NJ KPIs Personal Sales target £250k Providing Training, Coaching & Developing - Sales and Product Assisting Sales designers on making sales and closing deals when required Weekly and Monthly forecasting Sales Designer 1:2:1s (min. Quarterly) Lead Regional Sales Meetings (Approx. 6 per year) Participate in National Sales Meetings (Approx. 4 per year) Lead Allocation & Reporting of Activity, Orders & Visit results Recruitment & Induction of Sales Designers Attend Executive Management Meetings Furniture R&D Support NJ Sketchup development & adoption Personal Qualities: - Articulate, diligent and flexible individual who has a strong track record in Sales and Sales Management. - Ideally from within a similar industry, with experience of working in furniture design; - Experience of dealing with discerning clients; - Target driven sales experience; - Strong organisational skills; - Impeccable personal appearance; - Personable, friendly and confident with a can do attitude; - IT literate with experience using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
