Contract Manager

We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a maintenance contractor within social housing, who are looking for a Repairs Manager based in the South London area. Day to Day: This role will involve managing direct operatives and sub-contractors, pre and post inspections, managing progress and overall responsibility of the operations for reactive repairs.
