About the role: Our client is seeking to hire an Estimator to support upcoming tenders. They are looking for an individual with a background in Hard FM pricing and a proven commercial track record. This role involves pricing both PPM and reactive maintenance for long-term, multi-million-pound contracts. About the client: Our client is a prominent UK construction, facilities management and infrastructure services company, widely recognised for its expertise in specialist design and build capabilities. With a specialisation in infrastructure services, construction, and property developments, they have established themselves as leaders in the industry. Responsibilities: As an Estimator, you'll be working within the Workplace Solutions team, supporting them in upcoming and future tenders. Your day to day will include: * Reviewing of Tender Documents to understand requirements related to labour loading, subcontractor/supply chain activities and TUPE * Labour loading (knowledge of SFG20 is essential), taking into consideration activities that would need to be subcontracted * Analyse Reactive data to understand the staffing levels required and rates sufficient to recover costs * Creating subcontractor/supply chain quotation requests, ensuring quotes received are in line with specifications provided * Attending workshop sessions in Basingstoke to understand the delivery model and review progress Required experienced experience: * You possess extensive experience in Hard FM pricing and have a proven record of commercial success. * You are well-versed in SFG20 standards. * Familiarity with Hard FM frameworks, including CCS * You have a background in complex modelling, consistently delivering reliable results.
