Our client is dedicated to delivering specialist nurse-led care services in the homes of adults and children with complex healthcare needs. They work closely with NHS continuing healthcare teams to provide a high level of clinical support, allowing clients to stay at home even with complex health requirements. As a Clinical Practice Educator, you will be responsible for: Providing face-to-face clinical training for care staff. Delivering patient-specific training sessions. Developing training presentations, lesson plans, and competency documents. Participating in regular audits to evaluate training effectiveness. Maintaining the clinical skills lab, including stock and equipment auditing. Leading the delivery and evaluation of a mandatory training programme. Keeping accurate training records and updating the company database. Experience in clinical training and education. Strong organisational and communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
