Compliance Manager – London - £45,000 + Free Rail Travel, Final Salary Pension Company Ford & Stanley Talent Services are partnered with an award-winning London based Train Operating Company. Their structure and working environment is split into multiple small and highly integrated teams that all contain high degree of operational knowledge. There is a dependency on the capability and knowledge of each member across the different teams. The company have realized that they need to increase the robustness of their processes by adapting the business to make them more “auditable”. As part of this change, the company are setting up a new team/department. The team will aim to introduce new and improve existing processes and procedures that will stand up to internal and external audits. The Role The Compliance Manager will be spearheading business change across the company that has major external impacts on the Rail industry and wider London area. The role will be making crucial changes that will add to the sustainability of the business. In essence, you will be future proofing the business and its operations. Your role will hold a high degree of autonomy. You will be a founding member of a new team & division in the company. Ideal candidate Change or Process Improvement experience Good understand to business operations and how businesses typically are ran.
