Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead Generation and Management

o  Maintain company project and contact database through Salesforce CRM

o  Log and distribute incoming leads to the appropriate sales team member

o  Produce and issue Fabricator Lists to Main Contractors

o  Proactively support the Framework partners Project Pipeline

o  Produce and maintain reports on Salesforce and Pardot

o  Build strategic relationships with potential and existing contractors

o  Lead digitalisation of the sales process

·        Event Planning and Management

o  Assist with organising and executing company events, exhibitions and webinars

o  Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, venue management and event promotion

o  Coordinate follow-up communications post-event

·        Social Media

o  Implement social media posts to align with company goals

o Schedule content across various social media platforms

·        Administrative Tasks

o  Arrange and co-ordinate photography and copywriting for marketing materials

o  Assist in content creation for marketing campaigns including writing, editing and graphic design

·        Website Management and Reporting

o  Ensure that the website content is up to date, accurate and engaging

 

Qualifications

o  Experience in sales and marketing roles

o  Understanding of lead generation and management techniques

o  Event Planning and organisational skills

o  Proficiency in social media platforms and tools

o  Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Salesforce / Pardot preferred

o  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

o  Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

o  Creative mindset with attention to detail
