PRS is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for a prestigious Company based in City of London. The candidate will be highly motivated, self-sufficient, highly skilled and possess confidence, with an ambitious outlook and willingness to succeed. Duties: Undertaking of multi-disciplinary PPM and reactive maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification Lead team in provision of excellent service delivery by monitoring service performance, taking corrective action when necessary across the client’s premises and escalating to the Contracts Manager. Managing service provision via clearly defined contract metrics (KPI/SLA) in line with agreed contractual responsibilities. Provide first line management and leadership to contract dedicated team, setting team objectives and individual performance management reviews Undertake risk assessments and safety audits in line with relevant safety legislation and NG Bailey Health and Safety systems and procedures. Develop relationships with customers to be able to identify additional work opportunities, escalating to the Contracts Manager as appropriate. Supervision of Subcontractor works ensuring compliance with NGB FS procurement processes. Monitor completion of PPM and reactive work through utilisation of CAFM, analysis of Work in Progress (WIP) reporting and liaison with the NGB FS Service Centre. Delivery of contract financial planning including gross profit, WIP & Debt collection Develop base contract and provide additional services project work Ensure compliance with statutory controls across all technical areas of expertise, NGB FS Management System by completion of internal audits and involvement in external audits to support and develop an ethos of Continuous Improvement. Ensure the completion of toolbox talks with all Engineers in team as prescribed by the SHEQ department. Carry out sub-contractor quotations and produce quotes for any small works required on site.Requirements: Must be qualified electrician with City & Guilds Part 1 & 2 + AM2 (or equivalent qualifications) Must be a Experience working at Senior Level, probably as Multi-Skilled Technician, experienced on Commercial manufacturers systems, carrying out PPM's in line with SFG20 or equivalent with advanced fault finding diagnostic experience. Capable of Supervising Reactive Repairs and Small Projects. Experienced in Statutory & Mandatory Compliance Maintenance Records / Certification and uploading onto Service Systems.
