As Senior Contentious Probate Practitioner, your responsibilities will include: * Leading and mentoring the contentious probate team, setting its direction and development. * Managing a varied caseload of high-value contentious probate matters. * Building and maintaining strong client relationships, while generating your own work and managing an existing caseload. * Collaborating with the wider litigation team on complex and high-profile cases. We’re looking for a Senior Contentious Probate Practitioner with: * Extensive PQE in contentious probate, with a proven track record of managing high-value cases. * Experience in leading a team, mentoring junior colleagues, and shaping the direction of a department. * Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to generate and sustain your own workload.
