Behaviour Mentor - November Start in Hammersmith and Fulham Location: Hammersmith and Fulham, London Start Date: November 2024 Contract: Term-time only, until July 2025 We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a secondary school in Hammersmith and Fulham, starting in November. You will support students with behavioural needs, providing guidance to keep them focused and offering social and emotional support. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one classroom support Promote positive behaviour throughout the school Manage low-level disruptions and maintain a productive learning environment Help students with self-regulation and manage behaviour incidents Supervise the isolation room and oversee detentionsIdeal Candidate: Experience in behaviour mentoring or similar roles Strong communication skills and a firm but empathetic approach Familiarity with SIMS for logging student progress is beneficialPosition Details: Hours: 8:15 am - 4:15 pm, Monday to Friday Pay: £95-£105 per day, depending on experienceWhy Choose Tradewind Recruitment?
