Duties Service and PPMs on AHUs/FCUs - cleaning/changing filters, belts, motors General plumbing maintenance Fixing leaks Drainage/flushing Emergency light testing Fire alarm testing General carpentry Painting/Decorating Basic electrical - rewiring, changing socketsRequirements Min. 3 years building services expeirence in FM/Hospitality sector 18th Edition (desirable) Career driven Proactive Self Driven Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
