This is a salesrole where you'll be selling not just a property, but also a typeof retirement that can offer people a whole new lease oflife.

Key responsibilities:

  • To overall manage the sales enquiries, reporting onvolume and timelines of current enquiry status.
  • To engage in purchasing customers and continue aprofessional relationship that is informative andhelpful.
  • To generate new appointments from anexisting database via organised outbound calls.
  • To provide information to new and interested customersfrom an 'off plan' visual and provide in-propertyviewings.
  • To support events for potential newcustomers that are being introduced and engaged into thebrand.
  • To support manage the sales environmentincluding the sales office and sales suites to ensure they arepresentable and fit for impromptu and scheduled customerinterest.
  • To manage sales enquiries viatelephone, internet leads, walk-in's and scheduled/impromptuappointments.
  • To present the brand to allenquiries in an informed manner, providing information andfollowing a next steps sales programme to optimise progressiveinterest.

Required skills andexperience

  • Previous sales and faceto face customer service experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and telephonemanner
  • Proven experience of high customerservice.
  • Experience of being in a role that isresults driven and measured.
  • The ability towork accurately whilst under pressure in a target orientatedenvironment
  • Computer literate
  • A team player with excellent organisationalskills
  • A good knowledge of the localarea
  • You must hold a full UK/EU drivinglicence and have access to your own transport
