Job Responsibilities:
- Entering data onto the Acturis back office system - keeping accurate records.
- Customer service/client management - liaising with both clients and other insurers
- Working on renewals, new business and day to day adjustments
- All other general admin required by the role
Technical Knowledge / Qualifications
- Experience within commercial insurance is essential for this role
- Experience in customer service and client servicing, good communication skills essential
- General experience in new business renewals and day to day adjustments
- Computer skills and experience in Word and Excel are required
- Experience of Acturis back office system is essential
- Up to date knowledge of the current insurance market in respect of Insurers and
- products
- Insurance Qualifications are desirable
