The Contracts Manager who secures this position will be responsible for monitoring work on high end residential builds ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget. The Contracts Manager will be based from the office in the Stevenage area with sites being 1 hour from there. The most suitable candidate will come from a developer or contractor background and will be seeking the next step within their career.
