Coaching Professional Assessor / Trainer

Job Title: Coaching Professional Assessor / Trainer Location: Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel Salary: circa £30,000 (Flexibility depending on experience)   Type: Full Time, 12-month contract (Possible to be extended)         Essential Criteria: Must hold a CMI Level 5 qualification in Coaching (or equivalent Coaching qualification).  Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA. Experience of delivering Apprenticeships, ideally within Coaching Professional but not essential Full clean driving licence and own vehicle. Flexibility with travel when needed.Duties: Deliver Coaching Professional Apprenticeships (up to Level 5), using a blended learning approach (face to face and digital learning). Work to learner review and completion timescales. Design engaging curriculum and workshop materials, acting as a subject matter expert to launch and drive the success of the programme. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted. Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
