About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educational Psychologist to join our client's highly regarded, privately owned service in the North West of England. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact by building strong relationships with both schools and children, offering personalized support that differs from traditional local authority work.
This is a permanent position, available on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible working options. You'll have the freedom to plan your school visits over 2-3 days and complete administrative tasks from home. Our client does not have a central office, but the team regularly meets for coffee and catch-ups, fostering a supportive community atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with schools to deliver high-quality psychological services, supporting the educational and emotional development of children and young people.
Build long-term relationships with schools, children, and their families, offering tailored support based on their needs.
Provide guidance and supervision to two Assistant Educational Psychologists on the team, fostering their professional development.
Conduct assessments and interventions, providing expert advice to teachers, parents, and school staff.
Collaborate with schools to develop strategies that enhance the learning environment and improve student outcomes.Why Join Us?
