Legal Operations Director (based in Bangkok)

I am working on a retained basis with a leading global technology company which is looking to hire for their first Legal Operations Director. This role is based in Bangkok, where their major decision makers, senior management, and global legal team is headquartered.This is a fantastic opportunity with someone with over 10 years of experience to join a company where technology is at the heart of their business.In this role, you will manage a team of 5, and will be key in creating strategy, processes, and practices to transform and improve the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the Legal Team.You will drive the implementation and use of proper systems, processes, and tools and technology (including helping drive the Legal Team’s own adoption of GenAI) to deliver legal services in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, including supporting both internal and external resource management.Much of this role is strategic: you will develop plans, help hone and align team goals, and design, plan, execute, and implement strategic and operational initiatives in partnership with Legal Leadership Team (LLT).Your role will be to lead digital transformation and be a passionate adopter of and lead optimal utilization of technology by the Legal team.If interested, please send your CV across for a confidential initial discussion.
