We are currently seeking a seasoned Salesforce NPSP Consultant with significant fundraising experience to assist our clients in scaling their operations and driving substantial revenue growth.Job Summary:The Salesforce NPSP Consultant will be an experienced professional with a strong background in fundraising, particularly in managing and executing campaigns that raise over £10,000,000. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce NPSP platform and a proven ability to develop and implement successful fundraising strategies. The consultant will work closely with nonprofit organizations to optimize their use of Salesforce, streamline operations, and enhance their fundraising capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Salesforce NPSP Implementation & Optimization:Lead the design, implementation, and customization of Salesforce NPSP for nonprofit clients.Analyze clients’ existing fundraising processes and provide strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using Salesforce NPSP.Ensure seamless data migration, integration, and alignment of Salesforce NPSP with clients’ fundraising goals.Fundraising Strategy Development:Collaborate with nonprofit organizations to develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies aimed at raising over £10,000,000.Leverage data insights and Salesforce capabilities to identify potential high-value donors, optimize donor journeys, and increase donor retention.Design and implement large-scale fundraising campaigns, including major gifts, annual giving, capital campaigns, and planned giving.Client Relationship Management:Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the Salesforce NPSP implementation process and providing ongoing support.Train and mentor clients’ internal teams on best practices for using Salesforce NPSP and fundraising strategies.Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and ensuring the successful achievement of their fundraising goals.Project Management:Manage multiple Salesforce NPSP projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and other consultants, to deliver high-quality solutions.Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.Continuous Improvement:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Salesforce NPSP, fundraising, and nonprofit technology.Identify opportunities to innovate and improve clients’ use of Salesforce NPSP and their overall fundraising operations.Contribute to the development of internal best practices and knowledge sharing within the consulting team.Qualifications:Experience:A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce NPSP Consultant, with a strong focus on nonprofit organizations.A proven track record of successfully designing and executing fundraising campaigns that raise over £10,000,000.Any questions around this role please contact me at [email protected]
