Brownlee Cale are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a civil engineering scheme in Cumbria * Contribute to the weekly collaborative planning. * Challenging the design for value engineering and ensuring a high quality of delivery on site. * Managing and overseeing the daily site operations * Monitoring site timelines and managing the budgets/resources. * Managing SHEQ and RAMS * Leading and motivating the site teams to ensure that all works are carried out on programme * Completing daily site diaries
