We empower enterprises and software companies to (re)identify their differentiation, accelerate solution development, and vigorously compete in today’s digital economy.Sitting within the Digital Transformation business unit, our Change Manager is required to design and deliver change strategies that will accelerate and sustain business outcomes and drive the adoption and utilization of digital tools, platforms, and processes to realize quantifiable value for our clients, as well as effectively deliver transitional organisational change management by accelerating adoption through tools & platforms, such as Walkme, and/or Whatfix etc and a myriad of Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, Blackboard etc. YOU AREA professional with 4+ years of Change Management consulting experience and experience working on engagements in a highly matrixed external client facing environment;Proven expert in accelerating adoption through digital adoption tools & platforms, such as Trailhead, WalkMe, Whatfix etc and a myriad of Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, Blackboard etc;Expertly versed in effectively communicating with and positively influencing business stakeholders and team members;Able to effectively deliver organisational change involving changes to processes, technology, structure, behaviour, and new ways of working;Capable of starting transformation initiatives from scratch putting the workforce at the front and centre of the change;Experienced with delivering Platform Implementations (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP);Posessing strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy;Well-versed at application of business change management theories;Have an aptitude for critical and analytical thinking as well as the capacity to accept out-of-the box solutions;Autonomous, positive thinker, highly flexible and willing to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team;In posession of Microsoft technologies experience, e.g. Office 365, SharePoint, etc.Additional SkillsProven experience in Business Development and positioning of Change Management;Proven experience in leading large scale change initiatives;C-Suite Engagement and Management;Change Management or Business Analyst Qualification; Effective, clear writing skills;Highly Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;Excellent planning and organisational skills. YOU WANT TO WORK WITHUnderstanding the client’s unique business change journey and, using a structured and analytical approach, build and implement a multi-faceted Change Management Plan that will drive the positive outcomes around organisation, roles, process, collaboration and benefit realisation;Applying of formal change architectures, models, and frameworks;Demonstrating the business need to utilize agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions (where applicable);Organizational operating model design and delivery;Developing and executing digital adoption strategies to drive engagement and utilization of digital tools and platforms;Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their digital needs and challenges;Providing training and support to employees on the use of digital tools and technologies;Creating educational materials, tutorials, and resources to promote digital literacy and best practices;Monitoring and analyzing digital adoption metrics to measure progress and identify areas for optimization;Effectively communicating with and positively influencing business stakeholders and team members;Creating compelling content that aligns to business priorities, drives behaviours and engages stakeholders;Being business process orientated and be able to design / redesign / validate as and when required.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, or protected veteran status.
