Your new role: The role of the E-Commerce Administrator will be to maintain and administer our portfolio of sales channels. This encompasses the day-to-day administrative support of a busy trading team to achieve sales targets. · Support the day-to-day management and optimisation of sales channels and product catalogues across multi-product categories. · Optimise product listings to the highest standard ensuring content is relevant to effectively drive incremental sales. · Work closely with the digital team to complete the administration of the sales plan, pricing and product information. · Ensure customer service, feedback and product rankings are optimised. · Analyse product sales and channel performance to deliver optimum profitability with the commercial & digital team. · Inventory control and price management. · Upload and quality checks of new photography assets. · Support the E-Commerce team with general administration tasks. · Responsible for the uploading of new products, ensuring deadlines are met · Ensure products are displayed correctly on the relevant channel focusing on accuracy from the initial upload · Running daily product checks using data to reactivate and deactivate products as required · Run reports for the commercial team to show trading performance · Be comfortable working in spreadsheets and performing vlookups and similar functions · Be quick to learn new technology such as 3rd party channels · Liaising with representatives from 3rd parties to resolve system issues The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
