Facilities Manager/Workplace Experience Lead Location: London, CR0 1XJ Hours of work: 40 Contract Type: Permanent ISS provides integrated facilities management services to the Government Property Agency (GPA) across a national portfolio in the UK, with a requirement to deliver a Workplace function within a specific geographic region as dictated by the contract. In the role of Workplace Experience Lead, you will be an essential member of the GPA site team, curating a workplace environment that enhances well-being, boosts productivity, and strengthens company culture, creating a space where end users want to be. You will actively seek opportunities to improve the onsite service experience and deploy new initiatives in line with the vision of both ISS and GPA. Your efforts will ensure that our workplace environment is not only functional but also inspiring, making a positive impact on everyone who interacts with our spaces. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main GPA contact and representative, with thorough knowledge of the building Handle customer issues and requests across all service lines Develop deep, trusting relationships with colleagues, gathering information to provide personalised service and anticipate future needs Coordinate and inspire the GPA community, making it the workplace of choice Establish strong relationships with customers, becoming the go-to person and trusted partner for the GPA value proposition Promote collaboration across operational and support teams, suppliers, and customer groups, while prioritizing GPA's interests Lead and create the best customer and workplace experience Maintain full awareness of GPA site emergency contacts and procedures Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications IOSH preferable but training will be provided as part of the role Experience of working in a high-profile environment Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Must be able to work within a highly confidential environment A high level of Microsoft Office application knowledge and experience The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
