A market leading international property company, established over 150 years ago, is looking for a Head of Sales for their flagship branch in Kensington. You must be highly successful, ambitious and an experienced residential sales manager who can lead by example and help grow the residential sales business, as well as growing their market share.


Key responsibilities of the Head of Sales:

  • Taking a hands-on approach to listing new instructions
  • Overseeing the marketing of properties
  • Managing the recruitment of staff
  • Monitoring performance across the office against set targets and objectives
  • Networking with agents and developers to identify new opportunities
  • Planning and initiating new business development strategies
  • Ensuring that all members of staff deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Making every effort to raise the branch’s profile in the local area and beyond


Package for the Head of Sales:

  • £60,000 Basic Salary
  • Generous Guarantee
  • £150,000 + OTE
  • Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in selling residential properties in PCL.
  • Confidence in dealing with figures and targets
  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
  • Driving licence essential
