Job Title: Maintenance Person Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum Location: Clacton, Harwich, and Walton Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexibility required) Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Person to join our team, responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of HMO buildings, which include up to 20 studio flats per block. In this role, you will handle a range of tasks from painting and handyman duties to basic gardening and jet washing. Key Responsibilities: General maintenance and repair work across properties Painting (all materials and equipment provided) Basic handyman tasks, including minor plumbing, carpentry, and repairs Basic gardening duties (e.g., trimming, tidying outdoor areas) Jet washing of exterior surfaces Occasional cleaning tasks when requiredRequirements: Must own basic tools for daily tasks A valid driving license and ability to drive (essential, as work will be across multiple locations) Reliable, self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills Experience in similar roles preferredBenefits: Regular, consistent work with a Monday to Friday schedule Varied tasks across different locations
