Tool Room Manager

Our Client is a long-established West Midlands Manufacturer with particular expertise in the automotive Industry. They are looking to appoint a Tool Room Manager in order to maintain and develop their world class engineering capability.

As Tool Room Manager you will

• Support Production and Maintenance with day to day tooling issues
• Be heavily involved in the NPI process
• Take part in wider quality and CI initiatives
• Have financial responsibility for the Toolroom
• Manage a small team of Tool Makers

In order to be successful in the role of Tool Room Manager you will need

• A suitable qualification (Degree / HNC / Apprentice etc) in either Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking or similar
• Proven experience in Toolmaking
• Experience of people and budgetary management

In return for fulfilling the roll of Toolroom Manager my client can offer a generous salary of up to 45,000 per annum plus excellent future prospects.
