Digital Creative
The Bigger Picture Agency Ltd is a fast-paced media creation agency based in Newcastle upon Tyne. We started back in 2009 and have steadily built up a regular client base of companies across the UK who come to us for film, photography and creative production that enhances their brand or tells a story. As a growing agency, we need an experienced multidisciplinary creative who can produce mind-blowing content that can increase engagement for our clients. We're interested in speaking to good team players with a sound knowledge of delivering contemporary content suitable for digital platforms in 2024 and beyond. If you don't know your 9:16 from your 16:9 then it's probably not the role for you ??
About the role of our Digital Creative:
• You will work closely with our management team to capture scroll-stopping content for our clients. You will be capturing still and moving images and carrying out your own post-production at times, alongside our wider creative team.
• You will be comfortable and confident discussing projects directly with our clients both on shoots and in creative meetings. Yes, we already produce amazing content for them and we will expect you to bring your own creativity to the brief as well.
• You are highly organised and can manage your own busy diary and project planning/preparation.
• You can work independently. This role is based on location and in our Newcastle upon Tyne studios. A driving licence is essential.
?• You can create behind-the-scenes content when we’re working as a team on a large shoot.
• Flexible hours. We are open to designing a structure that works for you and our business.
• This is a full time role.

About you:
• You are an experienced photographer and videographer. You can create engaging content for use across a wide range of applications, from billboards to Instagram reels.
• You’re a people person. You can work well as part of a diverse team of creatives and also step into the world of industry and know how to adapt your communication styles depending on the sector we’re working with.
• You’re a positive problem-solver. There’s always a way to make things work and that’s what we believe in.
• You will be able to demonstrate a track-record of delivering high-quality, engaging content whether or not you have formal qualifications in either photography or videography.
