Description Reconciliations, invoices and hotel claims. Negotiating travel options for colleagues. Deal with the expenses daily. Weekly invoices processing. Provide administrative support to the finance team, including processing invoices, payments, and expense reports. Assist in reconciling travel-related expenses and ensuring accuracy in financial records.Profile May be studying towards a relevant accountancy qualification. May have previous experience working as a Travel Administrator (Finance). Has a passion for travel. May have invoice, reconciliation skills, insurance and hotel claims experience.
