Lead Security Consultant
London based - 3 days a week in office

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments for clients, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending tailored solutions.
- Develop and present strategic security roadmaps to client executives, focusing on business needs and long-term security objectives.
- Provide expert-level security consultation on client projects, addressing change management, data transmission, and emerging threats.
- Lead client meetings and workshops to gather requirements, present findings, and guide decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with clients to evaluate and monitor project efforts, timelines, and task management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for clients on all security-related matters.
- Design and oversee the implementation of security architectures, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional development and enhancing the overall quality of service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of relevant professional work experience, including 3+ years of hands-on experience in IAM & PAM (preferably Saviynt).
- Familiarity with Identity / Access Management products.
- Strong understanding of access control models, role-based access control (RBAC), and the principle of least privilege.
- Deep expertise in network security, data protection, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to address diverse client challenges.
- Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
