They are looking for a Senior Strategy Manager with significant experience in pharma and healthcare to lead their high-impact commercial due diligence (CDD) projects. Role Overview:

As the Senior Strategy Manager, you will take a leadership role in driving complex projects across the pharma and healthcare verticals. You will be at the forefront of providing clients with commercial due diligence insights, market strategy development, and operational excellence recommendations. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will influence major investment decisions for their clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Commercial Due Diligence Projects: Manage and execute high-stakes CDD engagements for private equity firms and corporate clients, focusing on pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market assessments, competitor analyses, and growth opportunity evaluations across global pharma and healthcare markets.
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide actionable recommendations on market entry, product strategy, business model evaluation, and growth acceleration.
  • Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, CEOs, and senior executives, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective project execution.
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Design and deliver bespoke commercial strategies, including go-to-market plans, pricing strategy, and business scalability assessments.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to this companies growing thought leadership in pharma and healthcare through insights, presentations, and industry forums.


Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a related field, with at least 2 years in commercial due diligence, ideally in the pharma or healthcare sectors.
  • Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of global pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare markets, including trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive dynamics.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing and leading teams to deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.
  • Education: Advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA, PhD, or equivalent in Life Sciences, Business, or Healthcare).
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear, concise manner to senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong business acumen with a focus on identifying and evaluating commercial opportunities and risks in pharma and healthcare.
