A leading consultancy client is looking for a Genesys Subject Matter Expert (SME), to guide, and support the design & implementation, and optimisation of Genesys contact centre solutions.

Skillset:

• Deep understanding of Genesys technologies and best practices.
• Genesys digital experience (chat implementation experience).
• Design and architecture of Genesys contact centre solutions.
• Configure and customise Genesys software components, modules, and features.
• 8+ years of experience in contact centre technology implementation
• Expertise in Genesys PureConnect, PureCloud, or PureEngage platforms, including configuration, administration, and integration capabilities.
• Strong understanding of contact centre concepts, architectures, protocols, and standards.
• Genesys certifications such as Genesys Certified Professional (GCP), Genesys Certified Associate (GCA), or equivalent are highly desirable.
