Head Chef needed for this 4-star hotel located close to Chester Starting Salary 42k plus 6k in achievable bonus You will be contracted to a 40-hour week Leading a team of 10 Heading up the whole kitchen operation from paperwork to training the existing kitchen team for future career growth Conference and banqueting numbers averaging around 150-200 covers Catering for around 15-weddings per year You will be working to company standards on the menus but using fresh produce This is part of an amazing group, with future career opportunities We are looking for a Head Chef who a hands-on chef, A head chef who has previous experience of running multiple outlets whilst training and developing the current team. This would suit a chef who likes to cook but wants a work life balance
