We are looking for an Architectural Technician, Timber Frame or SIPS Designer, or Building Designer who has:
Good knowledge of the structural elements of a building (although training will be given in the specific system)
Experienced in the use of Revit and/or AutoCAD and Sketchup
Understanding of UK Building Regulations
Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic
Ability to organise yourself and your workload
Your role will involve:
Design ownership of your projects from instruction through to completion on site
Producing drawings and other information for workshop and construction colleagues
Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
Whilst initially designing components, connections etc, you will eventually be taking on the whole superstructure design
