Responsibilities:

• Manage a dynamic team of qualified lawyers and paralegals
• Drive high-quality delivery of transactional legal services
• Oversee team development, recruitment, and secondments
• Collaborate with global teams and manage client relationships

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing paralegals or support lawyers
• LPC/SQE1/BPTC or a UK/overseas qualified lawyer
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
