Job Details and Responsibilities Summary: An opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of both cloud implementation projects and operational delivery methods from a leading market player in the rapidly evolving IT services sector. You will join an experienced global team responsible for defining and implementing cloud delivery methods and governance processes that ensure our success. Responsibilities: The coordination & execution of global governance processes for Lemongrass customer engagements & managed services The deployment & adoption of the Lemongrass Methodology to all Lemongrass teams, on all customer engagements, as part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance Team The development of the Lemongrass Methodology, incorporating latest business requirements and industry best practices Work with the Global Delivery Leadership to ensure that the documentation & reporting calls associated with governance processes are managed and actioned effectively Quality Assurance of Project data, provide reports and trend analysis, ensuring standards are maintained, identifying issues and offering solutions Build and maintain strong relationships across all teams, including Lemongrass Customers, to support successful customer delivery Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths), Business or Management related field A strong track record of successful delivery in PMO/Project Management roles 2+ years relevant experience Advanced user of Microsoft Excel Proficient user of Microsoft PowerPoint & Word Strong analytical & numerical skills. Comfortable analysing large numerical & non-numerical data sets Possesses at least a basic understanding of Cloud Hosting & Cloud Computing The ideal Candidate will be: An effective, articulate communicator in both written and spoken English A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and adept at establishing predictability Self-motivated, with a strong ability to initiate and complete tasks independently Inquisitive, creative, wants to learn Able to establish & manage relationships with senior colleagues Comfortable with remote working Knowledgeable of SAP products/services (SAP RISE is advantageous) Lemongrass Consulting is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
