The Benefits · £30,(Apply online only)-£40,(Apply online only) salary dependent on experience - £15-£19 per hour · Overtime always available and paid at 1.33x - £19.95-£25.27 per hour. · 31 Days holiday including bank holiday. · June & August week shutdowns - taken out of holiday allowance. · Pension Scheme · Ongoing commitment to training and progression The Role · Programme, set and operate multi-axis 3 Doosan and Kia turning machinery using Fanuc controls to produce precise components for a variety of industries. · Produce small and large batches of precise components working to extremely tight tolerances to ensure quality expectations are met. · Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings to produce components using a variety of materials efficiently and effectively. · Follow and adhere to company Health & Safety policies and procedures. The Requirements · Minimum 3 years experience as a CNC Turner working with Fanuc controls (essential) · Proven ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings (essential) · Previous experience producing components for the motorsport/automotive industries (advantageous) · Previous experience working with Doosan and/or Kia lathes (advantageous) · Ability to work alone and as part of a team · Willingness to train and progress Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across most industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
