Digital Marketing Manager

A dynamic and forward-thinking education recruitment services provider in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead online marketing efforts and enhance the brand presence. Key Responsibilities: As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: * Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across multiple channels (website, social media, email, SEO, paid advertising) * Manage and optimize our website and social media platforms to ensure maximum visibility and user engagement. * Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media advertising, etc.) * Analyze data and metrics to measure the performance of digital campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. * Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, content creators, designers) to create compelling digital content and messaging aligned with our brand and goals. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to ensure we remain innovative and competitive in the education space. * Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Key Skills & Qualifications: * Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the education or recruitment sector or a related field. * Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing. * Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to track and report on performance. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing return on investment (ROI). * Team management experience is preferred. * Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
