Our Client is looking for driven, enthusiastic, bubbly people to join their amazing team in Whiteley.
The successful candidates will be highly motivated self-starter able to identify and develop new business opportunities from the database we provide and with bought leads. Using rough scripts and having the ability to objection handle, build relationships and close business against internal targets.
Must have sales experience ideally from a telecoms background.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads
- Close opportunities of business
- Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Deliver a continuing high level of customer service
- Building strong customer relations with new customers
- Being highly motivated and engaged to maintain high success rates
- Creating and maintaining your own records of closed leads
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent client service skills
- A proven track record of strong client relationships

Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: up to £30,000 + Uncapped commission - Salary dependant on experience
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:45am - 4:00pm
