Where They Need Help: Work in an agile development environment to deliver new features based on the stories and designs provided by the product and design teams. What They're Looking For: 5+ years of experience working as a Ruby engineer. Expertise in Ruby on Rails and experience working in fast-paced development teams. A positive attitude that resonates with the rest of the team. Bonus: experience with JavaScript frameworks or a history of contributing to coding projects outside of professional work (e.g., hackathons, personal projects).
