You'll lead a talented team of analysts, develop new offerings, and represent industry-leading capabilities to both new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and guide the day-to-day operations of the data and insights teams. Collaborate with internal departments such as commercial, sales & marketing, and product development to align data initiatives with business goals. Develop new insights services and drive data-driven strategies that directly impact client objectives. Lead the production of actionable insights and coach your team to deliver top-notch results. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring the successful communication of insights to drive business growth. Qualifications: Extensive experience in data and insights, particularly in sales and marketing contexts. Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring teams. Excellent communication abilities and confidence in presenting to clients at all levels. Strong organisational skills, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making. Familiarity with tools like Power BI and experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
