We are seeking a Commercial Assistant with a background in Quantity Surveying or Architectural Engineering to support our commercial team with administrative tasks. Proficiency in Chinese is a key requirement for this position.Job Responsibilities:Assist in data entry and project documentation.Support the preparation of reports and presentations.Coordinate meetings and manage schedules efficiently.Handle correspondence in both English and Chinese.Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems.Provide comprehensive administrative support.Job Requirements:Experience or education in Quantity Surveying, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.Fluent in Chinese (both spoken and written) with strong proficiency in English.Possessing strong organizational and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Please Note:The duties and responsibilities listed in this job description are not exhaustive.
