Working within a creative and adventurous marketing, digital and design team, you will work on a real range of design projects.In line with the exciting plans, we are looking to speak to talented, well-trained, and ambitious people who want to make things happen.Responsibilities include:85% of the role is focused on design and artworkPrimary design lead for marketing and shopper activations and executionsStakeholder for strategic design projectsFront-of-pack design changesCreate pack shots, optimized pack imagery for social and digital useManage UK and International range into Brand BankSupport Shopper Marketing in design execution of on- and offline shopper activationsEnsure perfect execution of design into repro and printSupport the Brand & product on improving, streamlining and facilitating internal design/artwork processesYouWe are looking for an experienced Designer who is looking for a real challenge – fast paced environment, highly creative team and able to juggle and manage multiple and diverse projects.You should be happy and be able to show an excellent portfolio of work across mobile, web and print.This is a very innovative business, so a real flair and ability to bring something new to the table is a must!Preferably you will understand the landscape – you will always be coming up with ideas and will be passionate about seeing them come to fruition.You will be a brilliant relationship builder and networker but never lose sight of what the end goals are.
