We are delighted to have exclusively partnered with a boutique financial services organisation looking to hire a dedicated Head of HR to lead their function and enhance the people strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a role that is a true blend of hands-on HR operational support, combined with overall business strategy and value add. You will be a key person on the senior leadership team, working very closely with the C-Suite, leading on complex discussions and driving business decisions.
More specifically, as a Head of HR, you will be responsible for;
- Embedding yourself within the organisation to understand business strategy, and aligning people related initiatives to achieve goals
- Enhancing and developing people process and HR systems
- Managing all HR operations across the organisation, with the support of the HR team
- Building and defining a culture of high performance, motivation and support / psychological safety
- Working closely with the Board to present data and influence decision making
- Partnering with senior managers to upskill, coach and develop performance
- Managing the HR team and ensuring an efficient HR service is delivered at all times
This is a fantastic role for someone with a track record working in a boutique environment and has the skills and experience to lead an HR function.
You must be willing to be hands on with people operations as well as being capable of hosting high level conversations and be autonomous with decision making.
Employee relations experience is a must.
