We’re working exclusively with this global manufacturer as they look to add a brand new marketer to their brilliant commercial team. This company is the epitome of success, but they’ve also kept a real family feel about them, which is unusual for such a large organisation. You’ll work with the commercial team to create digital and physical marketing collateral, create and oversee all social media posts, website updates, blogs and newsletters, working alongside a graphics manager – that’s the creative side of the role. You’ll also be heavily involved with the analytical side of things, so you’ll review and analyse market data (Kantar or specific insight platforms), and you’ll be constantly reviewing all products sold in the UK retail environment, creating presentations of the findings and linking these to marketing data, identifying gaps in the market or new product opportunities. Responsibilities/Duties To keep up to date, review and analyse all market data (e.G Kantar or customer specific Insights Platforms) and present trends and PPT presentations to the Commercial team. Continually review all product formats sold in the UK retail environment or any designated market, create presentations of the findings, link the formats to the marketing data and perform a Product Manager function of working with the Commercial and Technical teams to identify gaps in the market and new product opportunities and advising Commercial team of market changes Work with commercial team to review all marketing activity and be responsible for creation of digital and physical marketing collateral (working with Graphics Project Manager), to create and oversee all Social Media posts, website updates, blogs, newsletters etc and reporting on analytics of the marketing engagement To link the market data and Insights, the product management view of the market and the external marketing plans together into one coherent plan to promote value-added proposition To demonstrate excellent creative skills for presentations, social posts, marketing materials To have excellent analytical and creative writing skills and to be able to clearly articulate key messaging in all written communicationsRequirements Relevant degree standard education or equivalent Proven track record of digital marketing, social media, website designHigh standards of IT literacy to include WordPress, Canva and MS Office inc. Word, Excel, PowerPointInquisitive nature and strong eye for detail and pro-active problem solving. Strong analytical and creative skills Results driven Proven teamwork skills and ability to work in a harmonious, driven, passionate team Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to a high standardConfident and articulateAbility to operate under pressure and work to tight deadlines Must have a full, clean driving license. Occasional travel maybe required, mainly within the UK.This is offered as a hybrid role, 2 days in the office, 3 days at home.
