Conveyancing Legal Assistant

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with are a friendly firm of Solicitors, committed to achieving and providing a first-rate legal service who are looking for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant. Supporting the lead conveyancing Solicitor, as a Legal Assistant you will handle a quality caseload of residential conveyancing/propert matters from inception through to completion. The Role Support on a portfolio of cases, which may include freehold and leasehold transactions, including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties Independently establish priorities and manage deadlines Provide exceptional service both to the client but also to introducers and associates Build strong relationships, with clients and third parties communicating effectively through your delivery Deal with legal enquiries Resolve issues to ensure excellent client service is delivered About You Must have previous experience as a Residential Legal Assistant / CILEx / case handler supporting or carrying a portfolio of cases A natural self-starter with the ability to be flexible and empathetic to deliver client needs Ambitious and able to follow a syllabus of learning and apply knowledge learnt Ability to prioritise and adapt to meet client and business needs Excellent verbal and numerical skills Flexible and able to independently judge potential situations, identify and decide on courses of action Benefits Salary up to £28,000 Hybrid / Flexible working Free Parking Bupa cash Plan Career Progression If you are an experienced Residential Conveyancing Assistant / CILEx looking for a new role , apply today!!
