Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Paid Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing paid search campaigns and a solid understanding of paid social media strategies. This role requires someone who is strategic, data-driven, and capable of optimising campaigns to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: Paid Search Management: Develop, implement, and manage B2B paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and manage bid strategies. Analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimise ROI. Paid Social (Preferable) Assist in the development and management of paid social campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce engaging ads tailored for B2B audiences. Monitor and optimise social campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. Reporting & Analysis: Regularly track and report on campaign performance metrics. Use data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth. Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning. Nice to Haves... At least 2 years of hands-on experience in paid search marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful B2B campaigns. Experience in paid social media management is highly desirable. Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ad platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
