Solutions Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for a certified Kinaxis Solution Architect with comprehensive knowledge of supply chain planning principles, processes (such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP), key performance indicators (KPIs), and best practices in supply chain management. Responsibilities: Translate Business Requirements : Interpret business needs and transform them into technical specifications within the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform, staying aligned with current industry trends and supply chain best practices. Conduct Discovery Sessions : Collaborate with business users to gather and document the configuration requirements for RapidResponse, including understanding the client’s supply chain network, operating models, system architecture, and planning processes. Define the objectives and targets for Kinaxis implementation. Customize Solutions : Identify and apply standard functionalities in RapidResponse. Design necessary data model changes, configure solutions, and handle customizations to meet specific client needs. Lead Blueprinting and Design : Oversee solution blueprinting and create detailed design plans. Assign tasks to project team members based on their strengths, review their deliverables, and monitor task completion progress.
