Role: Commercial Property Paralegal Location: Central London Salary: £28k-£33k Looking for your next role in a multi-service, independent, fast growing Central London law firm? This could be the perfect opportunity for you! My client is looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their busy and growing Commercial Property department. The day-to-day tasks will consist of file opening, client onboarding, carrying out AML checks, downloading Land Registry title documents, drafting legal documents with supervision as well as dealing with post-exchange and post-completion tasks. This is a great opportunity to work in a Central London law firm as well as having some hybrid working! Offering 1-2 days working from home.
