Category Marketing Manager - FMCG Salary £45-55,000 + benefitsLondon Office - 2 days a week We are working with a fantastic FMCG brand with a strong market presence in their category and have plans to double the size of their European office in the next 5 years. They are looking for a Category Manager to lead the Category team, consisting currently of 4 direct reports.The most suitable candidate will have strong experience in FMCG Category Management, will have team management experience and strong Marketing backgroundKey responsibilities:Create and oversee the Category Strategy Development plan, looking at areas for growth and consider potential risks.Work on Product development from concept to launch.Alongside the broader team, plan and manage the market intelligence to understand the consumer preferences and landscape.Work with the Brand and Marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotions for new products.Key skills required:Currently working as Category Manager.Strong Marketing ExperienceTeam Management experience.FMCG experience.Strong communication and relationships skills.Analytically minded.Strong influencing skills.
